Taking an hour out of your busy schedule can
be a highlight It's 26 degrees outside and you're stuck in an office. But not for long. Lunch is awaiting you - a delicious lunch. So are friends who you know will make you forget the day's problems, at least for a while. The long lunch. It's a great indulgence, but
well worth it. And even if you don't have much time to sit and relax over a
nice meal and chat with friends, taking an hour out of your busy schedule can
be a highlight in an otherwise mundane week. Featuring modern Australian cuisine, it offers
indoor and outdoor dining in a relaxed atmosphere. Set in a beautiful
environment overlooking grassy parkland and a pond, Bruce's This fully licensed cafe is under new management and offers customers a menu so mouth-watering that you'll probably spend half your time deciding what to have! The lunch menu, from 12 noon to 2pm, features everything from a towering fresh Thai beef salad, to risotto, fish of the day, bruschetta or the much talked-about MoMo Tandoori chicken burger. A former executive chef at the Rex Hotel, along with his assistant, ensure the meal is not only beautifully presented, but will satisfy your hunger for hours, and then leave you thinking about what else was on the menu! Owner Craig Forbutt also understands people's time constraints and encourages workers in a rush to pre-book lunches to enable them more time to sit and relax. But if you can't make it for lunch, then a
relaxing long breakfast or brunch can be just as good. Sunday brunches start from October 27 to celebrate the return of daylight saving, and will be offered between 9.30am - 1.30pm. Feeling hungry already? You'll find Café MoMo in Thynne Street,
Fern Hill Park, or phone them on TANIA KEARNEY Time for lunch? SUMMER'S on our doorstep and you know what
that means: It was the perfect day for outdoor lunching.

It was perfectly matched with lime teriyaki dressing. My chicken caesar salad featured succulent chunks of chicken on crisp cos lettuce leaves. Everything else, from the poached egg on top, to the bacon, croutons and shredded parmesan cheese, was fresh and delicious. Other items on the The Chronicle Bean there?
